The HTB150 model is ideal for housing medium to large pythons and boas (boa constrictor, savannah boa, blood python, black-headed python, carpet python), large terrestrial lizards, and medium-sized tortoises. The dimensions and proportions of this terrarium have been chosen to meet the needs of reptiles by offering both ample floor space and sufficient height. This allows you to provide your animals with an optimized living space. This terrarium can also be set up as an aquaterrarium.

Its design allows for the installation of a radiant heater without risk of burns to the animals. In captivity, radiant heating prevents the terrarium floor from overheating, which is often the case when heating by conduction (for example, using a heating cable under the terrarium). Exposure to infrared radiation is a very common and preferred thermoregulation behavior for reptiles in the wild.

Please remember that all heating devices must be controlled by a thermostat.
