The HTCS90 model is ideal for housing medium-sized terrestrial reptiles. The dimensions and proportions of this terrarium have been chosen to meet the needs of reptiles by offering both ample floor space and sufficient height. This allows you to provide your animals with an optimized living space. This terrarium is also suitable for keeping amphibians and can be configured as an aquaterrarium.

Its design allows for the installation of a radiant heater without risk of burns to the animals. In captivity, radiant heating prevents the terrarium floor from overheating, which often occurs when heating by conduction (for example, using a heating cable under the terrarium). Exposure to infrared radiation is a very common and appreciated thermoregulatory behavior for reptiles in the wild.

Please note that all heating devices must be controlled by a thermostat.
